About Liam Layland
Liam’s dedication to his clients and relentless work ethic finds him continuously striving for excellence. Liam is adept at negotiating and closing a deal. He has experience in buying, selling and renovating properties of his own and continually analyses the market to stay ahead of trends.
Liam has served a decade among the community as a frontline Police Constable within the Bay of Plenty and Auckland Regions. He refined fundamental values that were important in this line of work, including honesty, trust, integrity, communication and professionalism. He continues to reflect these values in real estate too. Although he enjoyed his time in the Police, it was his strong passion for real estate that resulted in him pursuing a new career.
In his spare time, Liam enjoys spending time with family, being a landlord, renovating, exploring architecture, going to the gym, and chasing the infamous 20lb snapper which has annoyingly eluded him to this day.
