We experienced first the buying and recently the selling side of real estate with Glenn being the agent. We purchased our home 2 1/2 years earlier from Glenn and so when it came time to sell we knew there was only one guy for the job. I can't help feeling a bit smug as I drive past all the For Sale signs around at the moment and for that I thank Glenn Carpenter. Glenn is very much a professional real estate agent - he knows how to market and sell a house in a down market, he works extremely hard at it and I had absolutely no doubt that he was working for me. He brought in the offer that sold our house within two weeks of putting it on the market and had a number of other offers to back it up. We couldn't have asked for more than that.
